Matt Slaine

Matt Slaine's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

Matt is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of OT Growth Partners, a private equity sponsored franchisee business that owns and operates Orangetheory Fitness studios in multiple states. Orangetheory Fitness is a leading boutique fitness brand with nearly 1 million active members.

Matt is also a Board Member and M&A Advisor at Mosaic Management, LLC and the Managing Partner at Golo Holdings LLC.

Previously, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Quality Restaurant Group, where they led the company's growth through mergers and acquisitions, expanding the business to 350 restaurants across 15 states and multiple brands.

Before that, Matt was the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, and Board Member of Progressive Business Media, a retail information services and events business that catered to the home furnishings industry.

Matt started their career in investment management at Goldman Sachs and worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank.
