Priscilla Hargrove has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Priscilla started their career with Hilton Worldwide as a Front Office Training Supervisor at Hilton Anatole from September 2006 to February 2010. Priscilla then joined Aimbridge Hospitality, where they held various roles such as Assistant Guest Services Manager at Doubletree Campbell Centre, Guest Services Manager at aloft Plano, Assistant General Manager at aloft Las Colinas, Assistant General Manager at aloft Frisco, and Assistant General Manager at Embassy Suites Love Field from 2010 to 2015. Following this, they worked at Quorum Hotels & Resorts as the General Manager at aloft Frisco from April 2015 to September 2016. Priscilla then returned to Aimbridge Hospitality as the General Manager at Hyatt House Dallas Uptown from September 2016 to October 2017. Priscilla joined Atlantic Hotels Group as the Dual General Manager at aloft/Element Love Field Airport from October 2017 to January 2019. Currently, Priscilla is the Senior Revenue Manager at Lighthouse since January 2023 and later promoted to Director of Revenue Management in 2024.

Priscilla Hargrove attended Dallas College from 2006 to 2016, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Humanities.
