Doug Garland

Doug Garland is a seasoned professional in project management and construction, currently serving as Vice President and Practice Area Leader for PMCM at Otak since January 2019. With extensive experience at DAY CPM as a Senior Project Manager, and previous roles including Project Engineer at CH2M HILL and Day CPM, Doug has contributed to significant projects such as the Junction City Prison and Sacred Heart Medical Center. Doug's earlier career includes data management for the Oregon Military Department and project engineering at Oregon State University. As the owner of Douglas Garland Construction, Doug specialized in residential and commercial improvements. Doug holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon and a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
