Henry Alaman

Henry Alaman currently serves as the Rocky Mountain Regional Director at Otak since February 2020 and has been a Project Management Consultant at Gabayan LLC since November 2005, where expertise is provided to owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Previous roles include Project Executive at Kirby Nagelhout Construction, where strategic planning and process improvements were a focus, and Director of Facilities & Property Management for Multnomah County, overseeing a property portfolio of 3.1 million square feet. Alaman has experience as a Project Manager for significant projects at Day CPM and Oregon State University, along with extensive construction management experience at Lease Crutcher Lewis. Early career included service as a Naval Officer with the United States Department of Defense, where Alaman received the Navy Achievement Medal. Alaman holds a double degree in Construction Engineering Management and Business Administration from Oregon State University.
