Kevin Dooley

Kevin Dooley, PE, ENV SP, serves as the Colorado Region Transportation & Infrastructure Business Unit Leader and Associate Transportation Project Manager at Otak since December 2020. Previously, Kevin held the position of Transportation Design Manager at Otak from September 2008 to September 2019, focusing on civil engineering construction documents and on-site construction engineering for various projects in Colorado and surrounding areas. Before this, Kevin worked as a Civil Engineer at Prosser Hallock, where responsibilities included design and plan preparation for private development projects in Northeast Florida. Kevin began their career as a CAD Technician at Zev Cohen and Associates, Inc., supporting private developments in Florida. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida, earned between 2004 and 2007.
