Michael Williams

Michael Williams is an experienced professional in construction management and project leadership with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Business Unit Leader for Construction Management and Inspection at Otak since June 2017, Michael specializes in guiding teams through infrastructure projects such as bridge replacements and roadway improvements. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at DAY CPM and Transportation & Infrastructure Market Sector Leader at M.R. Williams Construction Services. Michael has a strong background in serving both public and private sector clients and has led diverse projects including K-12 bond programs and community infrastructure. Additionally, Michael’s experience extends to various positions in project management and construction, including roles at the Washington State Department of Transportation and Kiewit. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Montana State University.
