James Kaposztas possesses extensive experience in video operations and technical roles, spanning over three decades. Currently at Otakorp since January 2001, James has fulfilled various positions including work in Video Operations, Technical Operations, Convention Operations, and Staff Support. Previous work includes roles at Deluxe Northvale as a Video Technician and at the Middlesex County Board of Elections as a Poll Clerk. James has a solid foundation in video technology, having served at Ascent Media, International Digital Center, MTI Telecommunications, Image Group, and Reeves/Wold/Keystone Teletape. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a certificate in Video Production from the Center for the Media Arts.

Otakorp, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based, 501(c)3 educational non-profit whose mission is to promote the appreciation of Asian culture, primarily through its media and entertainment. Otakorp, Inc. is directed by an all-volunteer, unpaid staff – we are run by fans, for fans. All Otakorp Staff are volunteers (over 800!) and our organization has no employees.
