Matthew Montgomery

Matthew J.W. Montgomery is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in banking and IT consultancy. As the founder and manager of OTAP SARL since July 2012, Matthew has established a boutique core banking consultancy. Notable roles include serving as a Regulatory Reporting and Risk Business Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where Matthew successfully delivered the EMIR project on time, and as a Lead Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, managing complex data migrations and regulatory compliance projects. Previous positions include Senior Project Manager at Afriland First Bank, where Matthew led the implementation of core banking modules, and multiple consulting roles focused on the Temenos T24 system across various institutions. Matthew holds a Master of European Business and a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Bayes Business School, along with an international management degree from ICN Business School.
