Niko Hertsa started their career in 2009 as a Storeman at Keslog Oy. In 2010, they joined Nets | Finland as a B2B & B2C Customer Service Advisor, where they provided technical support for payment terminals, software updates, and handled merchant agreements for receiving Visa and MasterCard payments. In 2011, they became a Technical Specialist at Nets | Finland, solving merchants' problems with accepting POS card payments and providing technical support for payment terminal solutions. From 2014 to 2017, Niko worked as a Fraud Monitoring Consultant at Nets | Finland, where they detected and prevented frauds in card payments by analyzing risk scenarios. In 2017, they joined Otavamedia as a Sales Designer, where they planned sales campaigns, analyzed results, and built e-mail marketing messages to attract new customers.

Niko Hertsa began their education in 2007 at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree Programme in Business Information Technology. Niko completed this program in 2012, having studied various aspects of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Furthermore, in 2010, they had a brief educational experience at Universitas Udayana, where they studied Economic and Bahasa Indonesia. The field of study for this experience is not specified.
