Marylia Nieves

Marylia Nieves is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in sales enablement and educational development. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at ScienceLogic, Marylia has successfully led the design and maintenance of the ScienceLogic EXCELerate 90-Day Sales Onboarding Program, leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance training effectiveness. Previously, Marylia worked as an Associate Instructional Designer at KPMG, developing Instructor-led learning experiences and collaborating with subject matter experts. Marylia's earlier roles include Learning Architect at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and various teaching positions at Orange County Public Schools, where Marylia earned the title of Teacher of the Year. Marylia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mobile Development from Full Sail University.
