Stephanie Napoleon

Stephanie Napoleon is an experienced executive assistant, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at OTB since September 2022. Previously, Stephanie held various executive assistant roles at prominent companies such as The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., L'Oréal, and Ralph Lauren, where responsibilities included managing complex schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and facilitating communications. Additionally, Stephanie has experience in merchandising and retail from positions at J.Crew and Alexis Bittar, where responsibilities ranged from visual merchandising to administrative support. Stephanie is pursuing education at St. Francis College.
