Joseph Kelly

Mr. Kelly joined OTC Global Holdings as President, Chief Operating Officer upon the closing of the OTCGH/PMG merger in July 2007 and was promoted to Co CEO in January 2017. Prior to the effective date of the merger, Joe was a lead manager and broker for PMG (Power Merchants Group) in New York City.

Joe is one of four founding partners of PMG and over a nine-year period, he helped build PMG into one of the leading independent over-the-counter natural gas institutional commodity brokerage firms in North America. Prior to founding PMG in February 1998, Joe spent four years with ED&F Man, starting his career on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Joe was later promoted to the firm’s brokerage desk, where he started an OTC natural gas brokerage effort and became a leading broker of natural gas fixed price and options products. Joe earned his B.A. in Finance from Seton Hall University in 1994.
