Kristine Conley

Kristine Conley started their work experience at AC3 in 2017 as a Controller. In this role, they oversaw client accounts, ledgers, financial statement preparation, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Kristine also managed accounts payable and assisted in treasury management. Kristine then joined Bulkmatic Transport Company in 2018 as a Controller, where they managed the accounting and payroll departments for a transportation organization with an annual revenue of $120 million. Kristine oversaw corporate and subsidiary level accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. Kristine also managed the internal control environment and ensured contractual compliance. Most recently, they joined OTECH Compounds as the Vice President of Finance in 2021.

Kristine Conley obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Valparaiso University between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Purdue University Northwest. Additionally, Kristine Conley holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Indiana Department of Accountancy.
