Peggy Scholzen has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Peggy is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at MDO since November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Intermex Wire Transfer, LLC from November 2021 to November 2022.

Before that, Peggy held various positions at Greenway Health, including Vice President of Human Resources from May 2021 to October 2021, and Senior Director of HR Business Partnership from January 2019 to May 2021. Peggy was also the HR Leader Global Supply Chain and Product Management at GE Additive from November 2017 to December 2018 and the Chief People Officer at Arcam AB from April 2017 to December 2017.

Peggy'sprevious experience includes roles at GE Power, GE Power & Water, GE Energy, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., and Norfolk Southern Corporation. Throughout their career, Peggy has demonstrated expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, labor relations, and strategic planning.

Peggy Scholzen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy. Peggy also obtained an MBA in Business from Averett University. Additionally, they completed the Norfolk Southern Executive Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and received training in Negotiating Effectively at Cornell University ILR School.
