David Barrett

David Barrett is an accomplished engineering professional with a diverse background in process engineering, automation, and controls. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Oterra since December 2022, David previously held the position of Process Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions from September 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experiences include roles as Controls Programmer at Didion, Automation and Controls Engineer at Madison-Kipp Corporation, and a research position in Forest Products at Aalto University. David Barrett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Systems Engineering with a bioprocess specialization from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has further educational experience from the University of Helsinki.
