Jan Fledelius

Jan Fledelius is an accomplished HR executive currently serving as Chief People & Culture Officer at Oterra since July 2024, leading the Global People & Culture function while being a member of the Global Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Jan held various senior positions at Ellab, including Chief People Officer and Vice President of Global HR & Communications, overseeing global HR strategies and operations. Jan's experience also includes significant roles at LEO Pharma as Director of People Business Partnering and strategic partnerships at Scandinavian Tobacco Group, alongside earlier consultancy and project management roles at fledelius plum a/s and Novo Nordisk. Jan holds an MBA from Aarhus University, further supplemented by executive education at The Wharton School, Columbia Business School, and other institutions.
