Noémie Sibra

Noémie Sibra has extensive experience in research and development, quality, safety, and environmental management within the chemical and cosmetic industries. Currently serving as Team Leader for both the EMEA and EU Regional Application Centers at Oterra since April 2021, Noémie previously held roles such as Chef de projet R&D et Responsable QSE at Hallstar France S.A.S, where responsibilities included the development of custom ingredients and coordination of experimental plans. Prior experience also includes project management and quality oversight at Oléos and a brief tenure at Hallstar in R&D and QSE. Noémie's professional journey began with various internships focusing on formulation and regulatory compliance, supported by a solid academic background with degrees in chemistry from INSA Rouen Normandie and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille.
