Justin Berlin has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, serving in various managerial roles over the years. At OTG Management from September 2017 to December 2022, Justin held positions including Senior Manager of Beverage, PHL Beverage Manager, and General Manager. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as Manager in Training at The Cheesecake Factory in 2017, and a significant period at Ruby Tuesday from January 2010 to March 2017, where Justin progressed from General Manager to Guest Service Manager/Culinary Manager, overseeing food and beverage compliance and staff training. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Shift Leader and Bartender at Ruby Tuesday as well as a Server at Red Robin. Justin also worked at Darden Restaurants as a Certified Trainer, Server, and Busser. Justin's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Business from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College and a High School Diploma from Elizabethtown Area High School.
