Michael Fitch has extensive experience in the gaming industry. Michael currently serves as the Project Director at OtherSide Entertainment. Prior to this, they were the Lead Producer at the same company. In 2013, they founded Better Realities, Ltd., a consulting business that provides various game-related services. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Creative Director and Studio Co-Founder at Scopely. Before that, they worked as a Product Owner and Senior Game Designer at Backflip Studios. Michael also held positions such as the Director of Game Design and Mixed Reality at Magic Leap, Studio Manager at Gameloft, and Executive Producer at Tencent. Additionally, they served as the Executive Producer at Stomp Games and Director of Creative Management at THQ. Michael'scareer began at Red Storm Entertainment as a Designer.
Michael Fitch graduated from Princeton University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature. Michael then pursued a Master's degree in English at the University of Colorado Boulder, completing it in 1994.

The kind of games that are powered by our player’s vision as much as ours: Player Powered games! The studio is currently developing two new original games: Thick as Thieves and Argos.
