Kelly Liocano

Kelly Liocano has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Kelly began their career as a COS at Sam's Club and then moved to Great Lakes Institute of Technology in 2010 as a Financial Aid Administrator. In 2013, they became the Director of Financial Aid at Great Lakes Institute of Technology, Erie Institute of Technology, and Toni and Guy. In 2015, they were an Assistant Director of Student Financial Services at Mercyhurst University. From 2016-2018, they were the Treasurer of PASFAA. Finally, they are currently a Strategic Partnership Manager at Othot, Inc. since 2021.

Kelly Liocano attended Ashland University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned their Master of Business Administration degree. Kelly also attended PennWest Edinboro from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business with a focus on Economics and Political Science.
