Andrew Hao has over 13 years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have been a Senior Process Engineer at OTI Lumionics. Prior to that, they worked at BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. from 2006 to 2017. At BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., they held three roles: Project Manager & Tech. Expert, Senior Engineer, and Process Engineer / Data Analyst. As Project Manager & Tech. Expert, they led a team of 23 members from different departments to optimize process monitor and avoid accidents, and was able to increase efficiency by 25%. Andrew Hao obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Jilin University between 1998 and 2002. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Physics from Beijing Jiaotong University between 2003 and 2006.
