Rosie Fusca is an experienced professional in service design and customer experience, currently serving as a Service Design Consultant at OTIC Group since June 2023. Previously, Rosie worked at Crown Resorts for 15 years, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through stakeholder collaboration and member engagement. At Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, Rosie held the role of Program Services Coordinator, where responsibilities included event preparation and branding design. Earlier experience includes positions as a Publishing/Research Assistant at Patersons Securities and a Graphic Designer at Placard, showcasing a diverse skill set in research coordination and design. Rosie Fusca holds a Graduate Certificate in Service Design from RMIT University, completed in 2022.
