Jillian Ellis

Jillian Ellis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design, member experience, and research, currently holding multiple roles at the Medical Protection Society since May 2011, including Service Design Consultant and Member Experience Insights Manager. Additionally, Jillian serves as the Deputy Chair of Governors at Lawns Park Primary School. Previous experience includes positions at Bauer Media, Human Kinetics Europe Ltd., Harvey Nichols, and Yorkshire Electricity Group Plc, spanning roles in research, marketing, and sales. Educational qualifications include a Business & Management degree from the University of Bradford, a Professional Certificate in Customer Experience from The CX Academy, and ongoing membership with the Interaction Design Foundation.
