Dawn Aerts

Dawn Aerts currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Pediatrics at Oticon since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dawn founded Helpful Hearing in October 2022, aimed at increasing awareness and access to assistive listening technology for children with normal hearing yet facing listening challenges. From May 2009 to June 2022, Dawn held several positions at Phonak, including Director of Pediatric Sales and Pediatric Territory Sales Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Pediatric Audiologist at Sertoma Speech and Hearing Centers from August 2002 to May 2009. Dawn Aerts earned a Doctorate of Audiology from Salus University, a Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science from the University of Iowa.
