Mads Sager

Mads Sager is a highly experienced professional in the field of antenna technology and project management, currently serving as Senior Director at Demant since August 2019 and holding a longstanding position as Senior R&D Project Manager at Oticon since January 2012. Previously, Mads worked at Molex Inc. in various roles, including Antenna Technology Manager and RF Manager, where notable achievements include leading a customer diversification study that resulted in a new business area and building a global R&D RF team. Mads' career also includes significant contributions at Danfysik A/S, where a team successfully designed an RF-cavity particle accelerator, and at Nokia Denmark A/S, where leadership led to the development of numerous mobile phone antenna programs. Mads holds an M.Sc. in Applied Physics from the Technical University of Denmark, awarded in 1999.
