Ahmed Tawfic Saleh has a wealth of experience in a variety of industries. Ahmed began their professional career in 2006 as an Information Management Engineer at Schlumberger. After working there for five years, they pursued an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. During their MBA, they founded Groupinion.ME, an online debating platform. In 2011, they joined Schlumberger Business Consulting as a Senior Consultant. In 2016, they cofounded Freshies.me, an e-commerce platform offering premium fresh produce and homemade items. In 2017, they cofounded Geekfactory.io, a programming bootcamp provider. Most recently, in 2018, they cofounded Otida, a HealthTech company offering an innovative and efficient care model for diabetic patients.
Ahmed Tawfic Saleh has a Master in Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Ahmed also has a Bachelor of Science from The American University in Cairo, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Their major was in Computer Science, and their minor was in Business Administration. Ahmed also holds a Product Management certification from General Assembly, which they obtained in May 2017.
