Sarah Kotz

Sarah Kotz has a diverse work experience that spans from 2005 to the present. Sarah started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. Sarah then moved on to CanReg Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2007, Sarah joined Manulife, where they held various roles including Recruitment Coordinator, Training and Development Specialist, and Manager of the Learning and Quality Centre. Currently, they are working at OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan) as the Director of Organizational Learning & Development. Prior to this, they were the Director of Learning and Member Advocacy at the same company. Throughout their career, Sarah has focused on driving learning initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and development, and aligning learning strategies with business goals.

Sarah Kotz has a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification from EZSigma Group in 2018. Sarah also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, which they completed from 2004 to 2005. In addition, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph from 2000 to 2004.
