Lan-Chi Lam is the Governor at Otis College of Art and Design. Lan-Chi has previously worked as a Senior User Interface Designer at EMC and a Design Manager at Apple.
Lam has been in the design industry for over 20 years. Lan-Chi started their career as a software designer, focusing on user interface, visual interface, and interaction design. Lan-Chi later transitioned into web design, becoming a Lead Designer for the iTunes Music Store. In their role as Design Manager at Apple, they oversaw a team of 7 designers and was responsible for the tone and visual consistency of all designs for the iTunes Music Stores.
Lam is a highly experienced and respected designer. Her experience spans both software and web design, making their uniquely qualified to lead Otis College of Art and Design as its Governor.
Lan-Chi Lam graduated from Otis College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Communication Design. They specialized in Communication Design while they were in school.
