Aldi Caushi

Aldi Caushi is currently serving as the Director of Product Cybersecurity at Otis Elevator Co. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Aldi held positions at Magna International as Sr. Manager of Cyber Security and FuSa from July 2022 to May 2023, and at Stryker as Sr. Product Security Manager from April 2022 to July 2022. Aldi's extensive experience includes over 14 years at Ford Motor Company, where positions included Connected Vehicle Product Cyber Security Manager, Research Cyber Security Engineer, and Body Security Design Engineer. Earlier in the career, Aldi worked as a System Engineer at Yazaki North America from 2003 to 2007. Aldi holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Wayne State University, a Master's in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
