Asiri Jayawardena is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and technology innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Electrical Engineering at Otis Elevator Co. since June 2022, Jayawardena previously held the role of Engineering Manager at Eaton from July 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading a global team to create certified lighting and connectivity platforms for industrial environments and airports. Jayawardena's expertise encompasses designing connected lighting solutions, mentoring interdisciplinary engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
