Elodie le Crom

Elodie Le Crom has extensive experience in marketing and sales within the elevator and HVAC industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Marketing for Digital Services at Otis Elevator Co. since May 2018, Elodie has held several key positions there, including Associate Director roles in both Global Sales & Marketing and Global Marketing. Prior to this, Elodie was at Carrier Corporation as a Service Marketing Manager for HVAC Europe, focusing on strategy development, business analysis, and market intelligence. Elodie began a career at Otis Elevators in 2004, advancing from an Internship Sales Manager Assistant to Customer Service Manager for the European Parts Center. Elodie has also worked briefly in sales at Orange and Deutsche Telekom. Elodie holds a Master in Business Administration from EDHEC Business School and is currently pursuing a Master's degree at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
