Hicham Alayan is a seasoned professional with a strong background in engineering and project management. With a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and a Master of Engineering in Process Engineering from McGill University, Hicham has held various positions across renowned companies. Experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at Petrofac from September 2012 to December 2015, followed by multiple leadership roles at Otis Elevator Co., such as Project Manager for Major Projects, General Manager in Montréal, Manager of NE/MOD Sales & Operations, and Sr Director of New Equipment & Modernization Field Operations for EMEA & Latin America from August 2019 to May 2022.
