Jordi Casas

Jordi Casas is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational transformation across various international roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Transformation at Otis China, Jordi has previously held senior HR positions within Otis, including Director of Human Resources for South Europe and Operations EMEA and Director for South Europe and the Middle East. Prior experience includes leadership roles in operations, HR, and IT at FinConsum/CaixaRenting (part of CaixaBank), and HR management positions at GE, where responsibilities spanned global human resources management and regional HR operations. Jordi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Information Systems from Esade and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Coventry University/Girona University.
