Polly Xu

Polly Xu is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital technology strategy and leadership. Currently serving as the Americas CIO at Otis Elevator Co. since January 2022, Polly is responsible for shaping the digital technology landscape across North and South America. Prior to this role, Polly was the Head of Big Data, AI & Share Service in Power Delivery at NextEra Energy, where significant advancements in analytics platforms were achieved. Polly's earlier tenure at General Electric included influential positions such as Senior Director of Digital Product Management, Senior Director of Global Commercial CIO & Business Transformation, and other key IT roles, leading global teams and overseeing major digital transformations. Polly holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation and International Business from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor in International Business from The University of British Columbia.
