Samira Belhadad

Samira Belhadad has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources across various industries, currently serving as VP of Total Rewards for EMEA & Americas at Otis Elevator Co. since April 2017. Prior roles at Otis include Senior Director Human Resources for the MEECA region and Senior HR Director. Previously, Samira worked at GE as HR Business Partner for South Europe, where responsibilities included managing the acquisition process during GE's acquisition of Alstom Power Division. At Alstom Power, Samira held multiple HR leadership positions, overseeing talent management and industrial relations for South West Europe & Africa and the Middle East & UAE. Earlier career stages included roles at Thales Air Defence, focusing on employee relations, training management, and HR strategy development. Samira holds a DESS in Human Resources, Law, and Economics from Université Paris Nanterre.
