Floris Nilting

Floris Nilting is currently an Advisor at OTIV. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Nederlandse Spoorwegen from April 2016 to September 2017. Before that, they worked as a Manager Train at the Nederlandse Spoorwegen test center from July 2014 to March 2016. They began their career at Nederlandse Spoorwegen in August 2012 as a Management Trainee, where they first served as a Teammanager for travel information before becoming a Business Consultant.

Floris Nilting's educational career includes a Master's in Business Geography from Universiteit Utrecht, as well as post-graduate courses in Business Model Innovation and Design Driven Business Innovation from the Rotterdam School of Management and the University of Amsterdam Business School, respectively. Floris also holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Durham and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Utrecht University. Additionally, Floris has a VWO in Economie & Maatschappij from st vitus college and certifications from APMG International in Managing Successful Programmes - Foundation, Ruysdael in PRINCE2 Foundation, and Scrum.org in Professional Scrum Master.
