Nobin Thomas Philip

Nobin Thomas Philip is an experienced professional in training and employee engagement, currently serving as a Lead Trainer at Jupiter since January 2022. Previously, at Kyndryl from September 2021 to January 2022, Nobin held dual roles as Employee Engagement Leader and Lead Learning Facilitator, overseeing a team of 81 advisors and successfully training over 150 advisors. Nobin's experience at IBM from March 2016 to September 2021 included roles as Employee Engagement Leader, Learning Facilitator, Executive Support Specialist, and Technical Support Engineer, contributing to various instructional delivery initiatives and supporting the office of the CEO.
