Jordana Coppola Sphr

Jordana Coppola SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jordana Coppola started their career in 1995 as the Director of Customer Services at Beka Services, LTD, where they oversaw call center operations and managed customer service operations.

In 2010, Jordana joined EnviroPest as the Director of Administration and Human Resources, where they were responsible for managing administrative functions and human resources.

Jordana Coppola then moved to Connor's Pest Protection in 2013, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they were in charge of HR operations and initiatives.

In 2014, Jordana started their own HR consultancy called HR Made Simpler. As the HR Consultant, Owner, and Recruiter, they provided HR services and consulting to clients.

In 2015, they joined Smart HR, Inc as a Senior HR Consultant, where they provided strategic HR consulting services to clients until May 2022.

Most recently, in 2016, Jordana joined OTJ Architects as the Senior Principal and Chief People Officer. In this role, they oversee HR operations and strategies for the architectural practice.

Jordana Coppola also holds additional certifications as a DC NOTARY from the DC Government, obtained in December 2020, and as a Virginia State Notary from the State of Virginia, obtained in May 2015.
