Pascal Molenat has a strong background in marketing and communications within the architecture and design industry. Pascal began their career at ADD Inc in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, responsible for producing proposals and marketing materials. Pascal also developed award-winning submissions for design competitions and coordinated photo shoots. In 2010, they became the Marketing Manager at ADD Inc, where they worked closely with the firm's leadership to develop and execute marketing and public relations strategies. Pascal served as the primary marketing resource for executive level business development activities. In 2014, Pascal joined Unispace as the Director of Marketing and Communications for North America, leading marketing, branding, and communication activities for all offices in the region. Pascal then became the Managing Principal of Marketing, responsible for driving the firm's marketing strategy across all North American offices. Most recently, Pascal worked at OTJ Architects as the Vice President of Marketing and later as the Senior Principal and Chief Marketing Officer, where they contributed to the firm's success in various sectors.
