Tarek Noureldin,MBA

Tarek Noureldin, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2017, they co-founded and served as the CEO of OTO Courses, where they successfully built the company from scratch to a valuation of more than 8 million US dollars. During their tenure, they raised nearly a million dollars in investments, expanded the team from 3 to 50 employees, and grew the pool of freelance instructors from 5 to 300. In 2021, Tarek joined EdVentures as a mentor, followed by a mentoring role at Newchip Accelerator in 2022. In 2019, they founded and chaired Maaref Training centers. Additionally, Tarek worked as the Chief Operations Officer at Modern Technology Systems (MTS) in 2017, where they maintained company operations, increased sales by 5 times, and oversaw employee hiring, training, and management. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at Hans Group in 2016 and a Systems Engineer at Intelli-Tech from 2015 to 2016. Tarek's earlier work experience includes a part-time job at Cairo American College, where they were promoted to various positions and eventually became the aquatics department supervisor. Tarek was responsible for managing a staff of 5-8 individuals per shift and handling various administrative tasks like filling, subscriptions, CRM, and student and parent relations. Tarek also had training experience at Unilever in 2015 and worked as a Business Development Manager at The Workshops in 2014.

Tarek Noureldin, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Agora School of Business, which they earned from 2021 to 2022. Tarek'sfield of study during this program was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their MBA, Tarek obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence at Cairo University, which they pursued from 2012 to 2017. Tarek'sBachelor's degree focused on Operations Research & Decision Support. In addition to their formal education, Tarek has also obtained several certifications. Tarek completed the Startups business accelerator program from Changelabs in August 2019. In April 2019, they were recognized as a top startup by the Hult Prize Foundation in Cairo University. Tarek also completed the Business accelerator program offered by EdVentures in June 2018. Furthermore, they obtained the IELTS certification from the British Council in July 2021.
