Amy McGrew has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales and catering roles. Amy is currently working as the Director of Sales for Hilton Garden Inn Cocoa Beach Oceanfront at OTO Development since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager for Hotel Melby Tapestry Brand by Hilton at Duke Hospitality from August 2020 to September 2021. Amy also served as a Senior Sales Manager and later as the Director of Catering at Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront under Driftwood Hospitality Management from October 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they worked as the Director of Catering at Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront under Interstate Hotel & Resorts, now part of Aimbridge Hospitality, from September 2016 to October 2018. Amy also held a Senior Catering Sales Manager role at Hilton and Doubletree Oceanfront Melbourne under Westmont Hospitality Group from May 2012 to September 2016. Amy started their career at Southern Hospitality Management Company, where they held various roles including Catering Director, Sales Manager, and Sales Coordinator at Doubletree Oceanfront Hotel Cocoa Beach from October 2003 to May 2012. Amy gained early career experience as an intern at Melbourne Regional Chamber in 2003 and at the University of Florida in 2002.

Amy McGrew received their Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation/Travel & Tourism from the University of Florida from 1999 to 2003. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Cvent Supplier Network from Cvent in December 2020, Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2020, and ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certificate from the American National Standards Institute in February 2019.
