Mehveş Uçanlar has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as an Endüstriyel İlişkiler ve Saha Operasyonları Takım Üyesi and previously as Saha İşe Alım Yöneticisi and Saha İşe Alım Kıdemli Uzmanı at OTOKAR Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi A.Ş. since July 2016. Prior to this role, Mehveş Uçanlar worked at Ford Otosan from May 2008 to July 2016 as an İK Uzmanı and an Üst Düzey Yönetici Asistanı.
