Beyaz Ilbay-Dahl is an experienced marketing and project management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since May 2010, Beyaz has served as the Owner of BID Marketing, focusing on interim management, new business and marketing strategies, market entry, recruitment, and team building, among other areas. Previous roles include Interim Project Manager at Deutsche Bank, Communication & Change Management at thyssenkrupp BA Materials Services, and Interim Product/Project Manager at Barclaycard. Beyaz has also held leadership positions in marketing and PR at RaboDirect, BNP Paribas Fortis, Royal Bank of Scotland, ING Card, and ING-DiBa. Beyaz holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken.
