Niels de Boer

Niels de Boer has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Niels is currently the CFO at Otolift Stairlifts since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at İpragaz A.Ş. from September 2021 to November 2023 and at EM3 from November 2020 to August 2021. Niels also worked as the Head Of Finance at Calor Ireland from September 2018 to April 2021. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at SHV, NPM Capital, and Deloitte, where they worked as a Risk & Control Manager, Controller, and Senior Manager, among other positions.

Niels de Boer started their education at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from the year 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Niels then pursued further studies at the University of Groningen, earning a Master's degree in Accountancy & Controlling from 2006 to 2007, and an Executive Master of Accounting from 2007 to 2009. Finally, they attended the Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA) from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained their Chartered Accountant/Registered Accountant (RA) degree. In addition to their education, Niels de Boer has received certifications such as the Leadership Development Programme from SHV Energy in 2020, and Advanced Valuation, Strategic Leadership Development Programme, and The Complete Skilled Negotiator in 2016 from different institutions.
