Elaine H. is an accomplished biotechnology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as COO and Founder of Cadenza Bio, Elaine is instrumental in developing novel therapeutic drugs for demyelinating and neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, Elaine holds positions as Executive in Residence at Tulane University School of Medicine, CEO of CLAIRIgene, and Founder and CEO of Ascend BioVentures, focusing on preclinical gene therapies and commercialization of early-stage therapeutics. Elaine's expertise extends to Otologic Pharmaceutics as President, where innovative treatments for hearing loss are being developed. Past roles include COO of Kirrhos Pharmaceuticals and Chief Operating Officer at Accele Biopharma, Inc. Elaine's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Microbiology and a postgraduate degree in Nosocomial Infections from the University of Oklahoma.
