Noel Browne is an experienced Health and Safety Officer and Duty Manager currently working at Otonomee since June 2015, following the rebranding of Pageboy. At Voxpro/Pageboy, which started in August 2016, Noel manages daily activities of the customer support team, focusing on performance management and achieving service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
