David Chaise

David Chaise is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in construction law, commercial matters, and legal research. Currently serving as Of Counsel at O'Toole Scrivo since May 2017, David represents property owners and contractors in construction accident and defect claims while also defending heating oil distributors against environmental claims. Previously, David worked as an Associate Attorney at Einbinder Dunn & Goniea LLP, where motions and pleadings were drafted for various courts, and at Lazarus & Lazarus, P.C., focusing on contract disputes and discovery processes. David's legal journey includes positions at Mintz & Fraade, P.C., and as a research assistant at Seton Hall University School of Law, complemented by leadership in the Jewish Law Students Association. Educational credentials include a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
