Kenneth B. Goodman is an experienced attorney with a strong background in labor and employment law and litigation. Currently serving as Of Counsel at O'Toole Scrivo since May 2009, Kenneth has also held positions at Genova Burns & Vernoia as an attorney and at the State of New Jersey as Deputy Attorney General. Previous experience includes a law clerk role for the Honorable Edward R. Schwartz and service as an officer in the United States Air Force. Kenneth is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and several federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Kenneth holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a BA in Philosophy and Economics from Rutgers University.
