Marco Piccardo

Marco Piccardo is currently the Country Manager for Italy at Otoqi. Prior to this, they were the Head of Business Operations at CharityStars from September 2020 to July 2021. Marco was also the Chief Operating Officer at Human Vs Machine from November 2019 to July 2021.

At CharityStars, Marco was responsible for a wide range of duties, including business planning and forecasting, team management, and sales reviews. Marco also took ownership of several cross-company projects, such as building a sales incentives program and process reengineering of entire business functions.

At Human Vs Machine, Marco was responsible for directly supporting the CEO on a daily basis to accomplish company goals. In addition to their day-to-day operations routine, they also took ownership of several cross-company projects, such as scouting and negotiation with external partners, integration of external services, and HR and recruiting.

Marco Piccardo has a Master of Science in Management from Università Bocconi, a Master of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and a Bachelor's degree in Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE) from University of Navarra. Marco also has a Bachellor in Economia Aziendale from Università Bocconi.

They are on a team with François Merer - Key Account Director, Nina Schröder - Office & Finance Manager, and Ludovica Maestri - Operations Manager. Their manager is Sébastien De Limon, CEO & Co-Founder.
