Nalini Asfaroyani

Nalini Asfaroyani, MSAcc, CA, possesses extensive experience in various financial and managerial roles. Currently serving as the Head of Division at Otoritas Jasa Keuangan since August 2016, Nalini focuses on change management and culture internalization within departments. Previous roles include managing banking licensing processes and departmental performance at the same organization, where Nalini successfully oversaw significant corporate actions and developed strategic plans. Prior experience as a researcher at The Audit Board of Indonesia involved leading studies on government auditing and contributing to the development of national audit standards. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from The University of Akron, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada and additional management studies in Hawaii.
